Most employer ratings give you a number. The Workarma Index gives you a picture — five specific dimensions of workplace well-being, each scored out of 20, aggregating to a total out of 100.
It's grounded in the U.S. Surgeon General's 2022 Framework for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being and is continuously refreshed with data from multiple sources, so it reflects where a company is now, not twelve months ago.
