How scoring works

A composite score — with nothing to hide.

Five factors, equally weighted

Each factor contributes 20 points maximum. No single dimension can rescue a company failing elsewhere — the scoring rewards well-rounded workplaces.

Recency-weighted signals

Recent data counts for more than old data. A company that improved its policies last quarter will see that reflected within weeks, not years.

Confidence tiers

(Coming Soon) Every score is published with a 'confidence' indicator showing how much data underpins it.

No employer can buy a better score

Scores are derived entirely from data. Workarma is ad-free and no employer sponsorship ever influences a company's WI.
